Just Great!
Growing up, whenever my mother burnt her toast, she’d exclaim wildly, “Just great, my whole day is ruined.” Mind you, this took place in the morning before her day had even begun. Burning toast wasn’t the only thing that could ruin her day (milk could do the same) but it was definitely the most memorable. I’ve had countless hours of laughs thanks to my Mom and her toast and hopefully now, so can you. Just remember, when something minor and inconsequential happens, just say “That really burns my toast,” and all will be well.
It’s the little things
Today has been a trying day for me. I’ve been in a pretty bad mood. Well more like a bad funk. Probably because I stopped taking my crazy pills a while back and now its all catching up with me. So to try and distract myself, I decided to go spend some time alone in the bedroom like a overly dramatic 14 year old girl on her period, when suddenly I heard,
“sometimes it even hurts when it comes out so fast”.
And because I also have the sense of humor of a 12 year old child, I immediately started laughing. Not one of those half-assed chuckles either. It was totally uncontrolled laughter. I might have even LOL’d. Then I suddenly realized, it’s funny how such a little thing can unburn your toast. Well not completely unburn it but at least that toast is now edible. If I was a praying man, I’d say Thank God for bathroom humor. But there is no god so thank you to who ever made the very first poop joke. You’re my hero!

Aries Spears: Hollywood I’m Smilling
The other night Comedy Central re-aired the Aries Spears comedy routine “Hollywood I’m Smilling” and I have to say its one of the funniest routines I’ve seen in a long time. If you get the chance to catch the whole thing, I recommend it. For now though you can watch this video of the funniest part. The quality isn’t that good but the comedy is hilarious. Now, get to the choppa and get down!
I’m a Quitter!
Twitter Quitter, Thats me!
Recently I made the liberating decision to deactivate my Twitter account, freeing my self from the shackles of social networking oppression. It was a move that was a long time coming. Why you ask? Ok nobodies asking but I’m going to tell you.
